solo

This is my first attempt at taking outfit photos all on my own. I had borrowed a tripod for a little project which I will be revealing soon, and Rob had to work, so I decided to try taking the photos myself. I think they turned out ok, pretty good for a first attempt (especially when I was in a bit of a hurry). I also tried a little effect in Photoshop to add a kind of "foggy" feeling to the photos. So I guess this post is very experimental!

I must say though, I missed the company of my cute photographer, so I might keep him around for awhile. ;)

  1. Aw, I think it turned out really well! I'm spoiled with a boyfriend photographer too- I really take my hat off to all the girls that have to do it themselves. And I absolutely love this look- it's so vintage and feminine. And just like you thought, the foggy look was a nice touch :)

  2. That yellow skirt is so adorable--I love how it looks with the browns! I totally dig ya, too--I use my mister as my photographer, and I know one of these days I'll suck it up and get a tripod, but he's so much fun!
